Nothing here is pre-filled or invented. Enter only verified details from your own registrations and current legislation. Fields left blank are treated as “Professional verification required” and keep final issue locked. Australian Standards are controlled documents — store references (number, title, edition, applicability) only, never the full text unless you are licensed to.
Licence holder
A digital signature must be linked to the actual authenticated professional and applied by them. This preview does not apply signatures and no automated actor may impersonate a licensed person.
Builders who sign up stay hidden until you verify their licence and approve them here. Enter your admin token (stored in /opt/home-studio-app/.env on the server) to review listings. Confirm each builder’s registration on the official state register before approving.

Design & documentation packages
Send your design to a builder
This shares your design & documentation so a builder can price and advise. It is not an approved or certified plan, and sending it is not an order or a contract.
1 · Create a share link
Save your current design and get a private link a builder can open to view the plans and drawings.
2 · Choose a registered builder
Save a link first, then pick a builder.
3 · Or email your own builder
Already have a builder? Enter their email and we’ll open your mail app with the share link ready to send.
List your building business
Listings are not shown publicly until your licence is verified by BrainO. We store your details to confirm your registration and connect you with customers in your area. Provide only your own accurate registration details.
We’ll confirm your licence before you appear.
Site & conditions
Enter what you know about your block. What you provide flows into the drawings’ compliance register; anything left blank is flagged “professional verification required”. A survey, soil test and BAL/flood/energy assessments are still carried out by qualified people — this just records the inputs so nothing is missed.
